The PJ-4-4000, the versatile mid-range.

The PJ-4-4000 is the mid-range pump of the PJ series: 3.8 l/min at a working pressure you set from 300 to 4,000 bar, driven by one 30 kW pressure booster. Enough for varied cutting work, and thanks to the intensifier principle you couple pumps together when you need more power.

The intensifier principle

From 200 bar of oil
to 4,000 bar of water.

The PJ-4-4000 works on the intensifier principle: a pressure-compensated hydraulic axial piston pump builds up an oil pressure of at most 200 bar, and one pressure booster converts that into a water pressure up to 4,000 bar. You set the working pressure continuously between 300 and 4,000 bar, so you match it to the material you cut.

  • Integrated 2.5 litre accumulator that dampens pressure fluctuations
  • One pressure booster (intensifier), like the PJ-2-4000
  • Available in a water-cooled and an air-cooled version
  • Touchscreen operation at an ergonomic working height for maintenance
  • Runs below 72 dB, and pumps are combinable for more power

Is your capacity higher or lower? The PJ-2-4000 and the PJ-8-4000 share the same intensifier system.
