Our waterjet in your machine.

Our OEM customers usually buy a complete cutting system. Sometimes that is not what you need: if you already have a pump or a table, we supply the missing part separately. A pump and cutting head combination also occurs, to integrate into a production line yourself.

Choose the components you need.

Not every application calls for a complete cutting installation. If you already have a high-pressure pump, we supply only the cutting table alongside it; if you already have a table, only the pump. A separate cutting head is possible too. We supply the components; the integration into your machine or production line you do yourself or with your own machine builder.

Does your application call for a modification? We make those, but always from our existing portfolio: we engineer additions and adjustments to our standard products, not machines from scratch. That is precisely how we can keep guaranteeing the reliability of your cutting system.

Safety built in

A safety pack that connects to your emergency stop.

You link the safety pack to the emergency stop of your own OEM machine. On a stop it immediately relieves the pressure on the cutting head and prevents pressure building up, so the waterjet integrates safely into your existing safety chain.

Our engineers support you with the integration and test the process with you, so you use the technique optimally from day one.

Applications

Cold and spark-free, where heat is not an option.

Because a waterjet cuts without heat input, the technique suits cold and spark-free applications. In food processing you cut meat and fish with pure water: that meets food hygiene requirements because no additives are involved.

Outside food you also find the technique, among others in cutting foam and in the production of roofing material.
