The ACM cutting table, to your measure.

The ACM is a modular cutting table: you choose the width, the length and the number of cutting heads. From a compact table up to 4 m wide and 10 m long, and longer on request, all on the same platform with ±50 µm accuracy and a wear-free drive.

Modular

Choose your working area, head by head.

The ACM is built up from modules: you choose the width, the length and the number of cutting heads, and expand later as your work changes. The table runs on direct-drive linear motors without mechanical transmission, so without wear-sensitive parts. A ten-year-old ACM therefore still cuts as accurately as a new one.

  • Width from 1 to 4 m, length in steps up to 10 m and beyond
  • 1 or 2 cutting heads as standard and 3 or 4 on the larger tables, expandable later
  • Direct-drive: no wear, accurate for years

Examples, not a fixed list: the series is configurable across width, length and number of heads. On the 2 m series a second cutting head reduces the net width; on the 3 m series it stays the same. We determine the configuration for your situation together.

4 m series: the net cutting width is 4320 mm with one cutting head, 4020 mm with two and 3420 mm with three or four. The lengths follow the same options as the 3 m series above. The 4 m series has all the options of the 3 m series; the tilting grid is available on the ACM-4020.
