After 17 years, Merford chose Resato again

With a waterjet you can cut that recess directly, without an extra cut.

Merford in Gorinchem develops and builds acoustic solutions: melamine foam, rubber sound-absorbing panels and the plasterboard finish of doors. Their band saws could not make the internal recesses without an extra cut; a waterjet cuts that recess in one go. The first ACM has been there since 2009 and still runs like new. When Merford wanted to grow, they chose Resato again: the ACM-2040 arrived in March 2026.
