Solutions

Options for your ACM.

Six add-ons for the ACM cutting table, from UWC water level control and the Cascade Filter to a Vision camera system and water and air reels. Each solves a specific problem, and you build them onto the table you already know.

UWC – Water Level Control

Semi-automatic water level control in the catcher, adjustable from 0 to 50 mm via the HMI. That lets you cut underwater, for a lower noise level and less splashing.

Cascade Filter

A filter between the overflow and the drain that reduces the amount of cutting residue and abrasive in the waste water.

Remote Control

A handheld unit for limited remote machine operation. You position the cutting head safely and then run the machine from the console.

Spray bar

Rinses the cut product as soon as the cutting job is finished, so no stains are left on your workpiece. On visible parts especially, that saves finishing work.

Vision camera system

Sets the zero point digitally with a camera instead of by hand, and makes precise nesting possible. That saves setup time and material.

Water and air reels

Water and air connections on reels, at the front, the rear or both sides of the machine as you prefer.

Expandable Vision camera option on the ACM, mounted to the ceiling panel above the cutting table.

Every option solves something specific.

Each add-on tackles its own theme on the ACM you already run: quieter cutting, cleaner waste water, safer operation, clean workpieces, faster setup and connections where you need them. You pick what fits your work, and the table and the HMI stay the same.

In the event of a fault we are with you within 72 hours, in urgent situations often within 24. Maintenance, helpdesk and the Resato Academy come from the same people who built your machine.
