Solutions

The PJ-4-4000, extended.

Four add-ons build on the PJ-4-4000. They limit the inrush current, keep your water management in order with several pumps, soften your feed water and let you carry on producing during maintenance. That is how you match the pump to your installation.

PJ pump intensifier on the test bench: the heart that turns 200 bar of oil into 4,000 bar of water.

Soft starter

Limits the pump's inrush current to at most 2.5 times the nominal current, so you put less strain on the mains when switching on.

Pump Skid for Two Pumps

A skid for water management with several pumps feeding one or more cutting tables together.

CC series water softener

A duplex water softener that regenerates volumetrically, without electricity or operation. Treatment volume 275 to 2,200 litres per regeneration, at least 11 l/min while regenerating and a 25 kg salt reserve.

Double Intensifier

A second intensifier unit, so you keep producing on one unit while the other is under maintenance.

Why these options

Carrying on, clean water, a soft start.

Each option tackles a part of your installation. With the Double Intensifier you carry on while you service the other intensifier. The CC series water softener keeps your feed water in order. And the soft starter keeps the inrush current under control when the pump switches on. That is how you extend the PJ-4-4000 into a system that fits your production.
