The PJ-8-4000, our most powerful pump.

The PJ-8-4000 is the most powerful pump of the PJ series: up to 7.6 l/min at 4,000 bar, driven by two intensifiers and 75 kW. Built for high-flow cutting and for feeding several cutting heads at once.

7.6l/min Max. capacity
4,000bar Max. working pressure
75kW Power
2intensifiers Pressure boosters
Up to 4,000 bar PJ pump intensifier on the test bench: the heart that turns 200 bar of oil into 4,000 bar of water.
Intensifier principle

From 200 bar of oil to 4,000 bar of water.

Every PJ pump works on the intensifier principle: a hydraulic oil pressure of about 200 bar is converted into a water pressure up to 4,000 bar. The PJ-8-4000 puts two intensifiers on that, driven by a water-cooled 75 kW electric motor. This pump is water-cooled; air cooling is on request. It therefore delivers up to 7.6 l/min, enough for high-flow cutting and for feeding several cutting heads at once. If you need more power later, you combine pumps until you have the capacity you are looking for. If you need less flow, look at the PJ-2-4000 or the PJ-4-4000.

  • 2 pressure boosters (intensifiers) for 7.6 l/min at 4,000 bar
  • Water-cooled 75 kW electric motor
  • Pumps combinable for more power

Send us your material,
we will cut it.

Tell us what you cut and in what volumes. We cut your material on the machine that fits it, and one of our colleagues turns that into a configuration and a realistic quotation.
