The 2.5D cutting head, for bevel angles.

The 2.5D cutting head cuts at bevel angles: useful for weld seam preparation, matching angles and decorative work. The head tilts up to ±55° and rotates ±360°, works with abrasive and pure water, and is backwards compatible with existing ACM systems.

Cutting heads

Cutting at bevel angles.

The 2.5D cutting head cuts at bevel angles, useful for weld seam preparation, matching angles and decorative work. The head tilts up to ±55° (positive and negative) and rotates ±360°, positions to ±0.1° accuracy and works with abrasive and pure water. You fit the head to an existing ACM: it is backwards compatible with existing ACM systems.

  • EMS monitoring: during unmanned cutting the Electronic Monitoring System watches the nozzle, shuts down automatically on a problem and raises an alarm
  • Extendable with a laser pointer and a 3D cutting module
  • Protection class IP65, operating temperature 10 to 30 °C

Unsure between straight and bevel cutting? Look at the 2D cutting head or the DR-4 drilling unit, or go back to all cutting heads. If you are not sure, send in your material: with a cutting test you see on your own workpiece what straight cutting yields and what bevel cutting does. In natural stone the 2.5D head really comes into its own.
