The software behind every cut.

We supply the work preparation for your waterjet as CAD/CAM software. The main package is IGEMS: from cost calculation and nesting to a preview of bevel cuts and contour optimising. The software is in direct connection with the machine.

IGEMS CAD/CAM

From drawing to cut-ready job.

IGEMS is the CAD/CAM package with which you prepare cutting jobs. You calculate the cost per job in advance, lay the parts out on the plate and optimise the contours before you start cutting. We supply the software modularly, so you take what suits your work.

For tiling and sheet material there is the Slab Tracer brochure, available in Dutch, German and English.

The software talks to your machine.

The CAD/CAM software is in direct connection with the operator console. The HMI Controller receives the CNC files straight from the software, so you load and start a prepared job on the machine without a detour.

  • Process configuration: set cutting head, cutting speed, pressure and abrasive consumption
  • Real-time dashboard with speed, axis positions and process parameters
  • Point snap and contour snap for accurate restarting or re-cutting
  • Job management: several jobs in sequence for unmanned cutting
