Customer care

Our guys on the customer care desk, Gert and Cor,  along with our service engineers are on the frontline of customer experience. Sometime they can help a customer by fixing their problems and/or helping them improve their process. The guys enjoy their conversations with our customers and use the phone, onsite video and readouts of the machine codes to guide them.
