Dans une machine de d\u00e9coupe par laser, un rayon de lumi\u00e8re est produit par un laser. D\u00fb \u00e0 la haute temp\u00e9rature du rayon de laser, le rayon coupe \u00e0 travers du mat\u00e9riel. Le processus de la d\u00e9coupe par laser est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par un haut degr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cision. La d\u00e9coupe par laser peut trancher jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3,2 centim\u00e8tres d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, mais \u00e0 partir de 2,5 cm, un travail tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis est exig\u00e9 afin d\u2019obtenir un r\u00e9sultat optimal. Lorsque le gaz arrive en contact avec l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, il est converti en gaz ionis\u00e9, aussi connu sous le nom de plasma. D\u00fb \u00e0 la tr\u00e8s haute densit\u00e9 d'\u00e9nergie avec la d\u00e9coupe par plasma, la temp\u00e9rature peut s'\u00e9lever jusqu\u2019\u00e0 25,000 C. Cette temp\u00e9rature tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e peut causer le mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 fondre. Cela signifie que le mat\u00e9riel n\u2019est pas br\u00fbl\u00e9 mais fondu. Ceci rend la d\u00e9coupe tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise. Un d\u00e9savantage est que la chaleur peut d\u00e9former le mat\u00e9riel autour des bords de la d\u00e9coupe. Par cons\u00e9quent, le mat\u00e9riel ne se d\u00e9forme pas en utilisant cette m\u00e9thode. Une machine de d\u00e9coupe par jet d\u2019eau peut couper avec une pression jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4,000 bar. La force de d\u00e9coupe est augment\u00e9e en utilisant un abrasif. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la puissance avec laquelle il est possible d\u2019op\u00e9rer cette machine, presque tout mat\u00e9riel peut \u00eatre ci-dessus, les diff\u00e9rences entre ces trois m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9coupe sont assez consid\u00e9rables. Avec une machine de d\u00e9coupe par jet d\u2019eau, vous \u00eates assur\u00e9s d\u2019une meilleure qualit\u00e9 en comparaison \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe par laser ou par plasma, et il n\u2019y a pas de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour faire un traitement post\u00e9rieur. La m\u00e9thode froide signifie aussi que la structure chimique du m\u00e9tal ne peut pas \u00eatre alt\u00e9r\u00e9e, alors que cela peut arriver avec la d\u00e9coupe par plasma ou laser. Ceci assure qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de risque vis \u00e0 vis fonte, lac\u00e9ration, durcissement ou d\u00e9formation.
