La formule de l'\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique : KE = \u00bd mv2 o\u00f9 m = masse en kg et V = vitesse en m\/s, est la formule de base qui d\u00e9termine comment nous d\u00e9coupons les mat\u00e9riaux avec un jet d'eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-position: normal; white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><span style=\"border-width: initial; border-style: none; display: inline-block; overflow: hidden; width: 490px; height: 323px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"margin-left: 0px; margin-top: 0px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/CyDes__ED0F2dBC5YeDgdZsFSbK_RBASy0xGTAJQbBi-8qyhSwELE6ac1MHSbVoN5yopiQUogGzVJZSQgNISI8y9h7GHVGVCjwg4av3iO0vHHDrnuA-VRM3cN4NJGX2LDqEyFkAqNLSsWNXvoYalSA\" width=\"490\" height=\"323\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le principe de la d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau est de cr\u00e9er un jet d'eau tr\u00e8s fin qui se projette \u00e0 grande vitesse et qui concentre son \u00e9nergie sur une petite surface de l'objet \u00e0 d\u00e9couper. En cr\u00e9ant un flux d'eau \u00e0 (tr\u00e8s) haute pression et en le guidant \u00e0 travers un orifice tr\u00e8s fin d'un diam\u00e8tre typique de 0,2 \u00e0 0,4 mm, nous acc\u00e9l\u00e9rons ce jet d'eau \u00e0 des vitesses d'environ 600 m\/sec, soit environ deux fois la vitesse du son. Le jet d'eau est conduit \u00e0 travers la chambre de m\u00e9lange o\u00f9 il cr\u00e9e un vide gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e (effet venturi) et c'est alors que nous introduisons une quantit\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de mat\u00e9riau abrasif. Il s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'un grenat fin, produit de l'extraction d'une pierre naturellement tranchante et dure. Les alternatives au grenat minier sont des abrasifs manufactur\u00e9s qui sont encore plus durs, comme l'oxyde d'aluminium (tr\u00e8s proches de la duret\u00e9 du diamant). C'est avec un jet d'eau et un mat\u00e9riau abrasif que nous proc\u00e9dons \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe. Des pressions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont disponibles, mais \u00e0 un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 en termes de maintenance et de pi\u00e8ces d'usure, de sorte qu'il s'agit d'une limite qui, d'un point de vue \u00e9conomique, ne se justifie que rarement. La vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e du jet limite \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de m\u00e9langer compl\u00e8tement l'abrasif \u00e0 l'eau. L'eau acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l'abrasif en utilisant une partie de sa propre \u00e9nergie et un m\u00e9lange d'eau et d'abrasif est achemin\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le tube focal \u00e0 une vitesse d'environ 600 m\/s. Le jet d'eau fin frappe le mat\u00e9riau avec pr\u00e9cision et se fraie un chemin jusqu'\u00e0 la phase de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration. Pendant la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration, le jet d'eau d\u00e9crit un petit cercle de quelques mm de diam\u00e8tre afin que le jet ne perde pas son \u00e9nergie dans les \u00e9claboussures. Apr\u00e8s avoir p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 dans le mat\u00e9riau, le jet d'eau peut continuer \u00e0 suivre la ligne de coupe programm\u00e9e. Normalement, l'op\u00e9rateur programme une p\u00e9n\u00e9tration juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la ligne de coupe afin que le jet puisse s'engager proprement dans la ligne de coupe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 des pressions de 4000 bars dans la pompe \u00e0 haute pression, la pression agissant sur la surface du mat\u00e9riau peut d\u00e9passer 400 N\/mm\u00b2, ce qui n\u00e9cessite l'utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et un entretien r\u00e9gulier pour garantir la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'optimisation des param\u00e8tres d'un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau est un \u00e9quilibre d\u00e9licat entre la pression, la vitesse et le d\u00e9bit d'abrasif. Si des pressions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es permettent d'augmenter la vitesse du jet et la puissance de coupe, elles posent \u00e9galement des probl\u00e8mes tels que le m\u00e9lange de l'abrasif limit\u00e9 et des co\u00fbts de maintenance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. L'utilisation de la plage de pression optimale garantit des performances de coupe efficaces tout en minimisant l'usure des composants du syst\u00e8me. Il faut garder en t\u00eate que toute \u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique \u00e0 un prix et qu\u2019elle est directement li\u00e9e au prix du processus choisi (pression, d\u00e9bit et dosage).&nbsp;<\/span>Il est parfois pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de d\u00e9couper plus lentement, en laissant la machine r\u00e9aliser son programme dans le cadre d'une production sans personnel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En conclusion, la d\u00e9coupe au jet d'eau t\u00e9moigne de la puissance de l'\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique, qui permet d'obtenir des capacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9coupe pr\u00e9cises et efficaces pour n'importe quel mat\u00e9riau.
