Les quatre pompes \u00e0 d\u00e9bit contr\u00f4l\u00e9 PJ4 sont synchronis\u00e9es pour fonctionner ensemble sur une grande table de coupe con\u00e7ue pour une puissance de coupe \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Chaque pompe est r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 un maximum de 3,8 litres\/minute \u00e0 4000 bars. Notre client a besoin d'un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9coupe pour 4 t\u00eates, chacune ex\u00e9cutant un orifice de 0,4 mm, simultan\u00e9ment et sans personnel pendant la nuit, de sorte que la synchronisation doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s solide. Nous devions \u00e9galement trouver un emplacement pour les unit\u00e9s de refroidissement air\/eau. Richard a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une maquette de la situation r\u00e9elle d'utilisation avec une ligne haute pression collective et un bo\u00eetier de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les 4 t\u00eates de coupe afin d'imiter la situation de l'utilisateur sur site.
