In einer Laserschneidmaschine wird ein Lichtstrahl von einem Laser erzeugt. Aufgrund der hohen Temperatur und des harten Laserstrahls werden die Materialien durchtrennt. Der Laserschneidprozess zeichnet sich durch ein hohes Ma\u00df an Pr\u00e4zision aus. Laserschneiden kann St\u00e4rken von bis zu 3,2 Zentimetern schneiden, aber ab 2,5cm (1 Zoll) ist sehr genaues Arbeiten erforderlich, um ein optimales Ergebnis zu erzielen. Wenn das Gas mit Elektrizit\u00e4t in Kontakt kommt, wird es zum ionisierten Gas, auch Plasma genannt. Aufgrund der hohen Energiedichte kann die Temperatur beim Plasmaschneiden bis zu 25.000 C erreichen. Diese hohe Temperatur f\u00fchrt zum Abschmelzen des Materials. Das hei\u00dft, das Material wird nicht verbrannt, sondern geschmolzen. Dies erm\u00f6glicht einen sehr pr\u00e4zisen Schnitt. Ein Nachteil ist, dass die Hitze das Material um die Schnittkante herum verformt. Folglich verformt sich das Material bei dieser Methode nicht. Eine Wasserstrahlschneidmaschine kann mit einem hohen Druck von bis zu 4.000 bar schneiden. Die Schneidkraft wird durch die Zugabe eines Abrasivmittels erh\u00f6ht. Aufgrund der Leistung, mit der gearbeitet werden kann, kann fast jedes Material geschnitten Mit einer Wasserstrahlschneidmaschine k\u00f6nnen Sie eine h\u00f6here Qualit\u00e4t im Vergleich zum Plasmaschneiden oder Laserschneiden garantieren, und es ist keine Nachbearbeitung erforderlich.
